Tudor Merchant’s House.

This narrow, 3-storey building, standing a few yards from the harbour in Tenby, was built in the early 15th century. It is built of lime and sandstone rubble and has a circular chimney stack. It still has its original roof trusses as well as a garderobe that rises the full height of the building. Tudor Merchant’s House is typical of the type of prosperous merchant’s house which sprang up when Tenby was a thriving port in the late Middle Ages.
